Synopsis: - The Dark Knight sends Azrael to watch over Senator Esterbook Halivan, a key figure in the support of relief funds for Gotham City. The charismatic Nicholas Scratch, rock star and religious guru, befriends the unsuspecting senator in order to kill him. When his first attempt is foiled by Azrael, Scratch takes matters into his own hands and kills Esterbrook personally.
