HISTORY

The first Astro was a legendary costumed hero who allegedly operated in an undefined future but whose existence was never confirmed.

In an even later future, young Bruce Mills returned to his ancestral home in the Iron Curtain country of Dolomain and found his parents' village terrorized by a man dressed up as Astro's likewise legendary foe - the wizard Count Quivius. To battle him, Mills dressed himself up in an Astro costume he had found, rigging tricks to it looked like he was really the legendary hero. Eventually, he learned that the costume he used was really that of the actual Astro, and that it gave him magical powers. After defeating Quivius, Bruce Mills planned to start using the costume as the new Astro. It is not known how that turned out.
