Synopsis: - The visitors from Sub Diego have been in Atlantis for a few weeks, and Koryak (Aquaman's son) has fallen for Aquagirl, and goes as far as proposing that she and the others should be granted Atlantean citizenship. Tempest and Vulko deny him this request, so he asks Aquagirl to take him to his father. Meanwhile, Alonzo Malrey has become a captain in the reformed police department, as requested, and Aquaman learns more about Progene Tech, none of it good. He is, however, unaware that Black Manta is in talks with the company. Discussing Progene with Esther Maris, it soon becomes clear that the two have fallen for one another.
