Synopsis: - Lorena Marquez decides to don the Aquagirl costume she wore when things were a little strange in Sub Diego, and Aquaman reluctantly agrees. He observes a boat intended to help Sub Diegans keep in contact with their families, and here he meets Esther Maris, a science journalist. He also encounters Alonzo Malrey, a police officer who has received treatment from Anton Geist to transform him into a hard-skinned creature able to help Sub Diego much more than he could as a frail human water-breather. A refugee from Sub Diego, Hector, encounters Vulko and the Atlantean Army, and Aquaman learns that Progene Tech has managed to patent his DNA.
