Synopsis: - Life is not rosy in Sub Diego, as Aquaman and Lorena discover when they come across a drug smuggling operation that is exploiting both rich and poor. Some Sub Diegans, such as Hector, have decided to get away from the city, and Aquaman realizes that he can't offer those who remain all the help he'd like to.
