HISTORY

Little is known about ALpha, a planet orbiting Rigel and some 540 light years from Earth. It is the homeworld of Krylxt, who had raced across the stars to warn Earth of a deadly cosmic cloud.

Krylxt had crash-landed somewhere on Earth, trapped underwater in a unknown location. Using his limited telepathic power, he as able to use an Earthman as a proxy to communicate. While Krylxt told humanity how to build a device to stave off the cosmic cloud, Darwin Jones spearheaded a search for the alien, saving Krylxt before he ran out of air as the cosmic cloud's deadly effects were nullified.
