HISTORY
The All-Purpose Enforcement Squad – A.P.E.S. for short – is a government agency with ties to several other agencies around the world. They have a secret HQ inside the nose of one of the presidents on Mount Rushmore.
Donald Fite and Ishido Maad were two agents of the A.P.E.S. Multinational Cooperative Task Force, who attempted to bring Young Justice member Secret back into the custody of the D.E.O. For a long time, Fite and Maad continued to hunt Secret and make life miserable for Young Justice.
After the 'Sins of Youth' event, however, Senator Perkins freed YJ of all charges and declared Secret a free being. Fite's daughter Anita eventually joined Young Justice as Anita Fite, and Fite and Maad actually became friends of the team. When Fite was killed by the supervillain Agua Sin Gaaz, Maad joined Young Justice in hunting down the villain in the nation of Zandia. (Fite was later restored to life in the body of a child.)
